3. Wafer fabrication (1)Front-end fabrication of semiconductor circuits from blank wafers, that is, from the start of fabrication to before individual semiconductor circuits are separated from the blank wafers Achieve a minimum recycling rate of 50%(2)Front-end fabrication of semiconductor wafers from blank wafers, that is, from the start of fabrication to before individual semiconductor wafers are separated from the blank wafers Achieve a minimum recycling rate of 50%Part 2DEFINITIONSIn this Schedule —“cell, tissue or gene therapy product” has the meaning given by the First Schedule to the Health Products Act 2007;“cosmetic product” has the meaning given by the First Schedule to the Health Products Act 2007;“medical device” has the meaning given by the First Schedule to the Health Products Act 2007;“medicated oil or balm” has the meaning given by the First Schedule to the Health Products Act 2007;“oral dental gum” has the meaning given by the First Schedule to the Health Products Act 2007;“quasi-medicinal product” has the meaning given by the First Schedule to the Health Products Act 2007;“recycling rate” means the rate of recycling determined in accordance with the method set out in the PUB S&R Standard for Water Efficiency;“specified waste stream” means a reject stream of water generated from any of the following processes:
microfiltration;
ultrafiltration;
electrodeionisation;
reverse osmosis;“therapeutic product” has the meaning given by the First Schedule to the Health Products Act 2007.[S 904/2023 wef 01/01/2024]
