12. Agents and employees of council, etc.

A council of a management corporation and an executive committee of a subsidiary management corporation may employ, on behalf of the management corporation and subsidiary management corporation, respectively, such agents or employees as it thinks necessary in connection with the exercise and performance of the powers, duties and functions of the management corporation and subsidiary management corporation.
