19. Limited common property for types of residential lots

For the purposes of section 77(1)(c) of the Act, any residential lots within a strata title plan shall be regarded to be of a different type from other residential lots within that same strata title plan if the lots are comprised within the following buildings in the strata title plan:

an apartment block with any lift;

an apartment block with no lifts;

a townhouse, a semi-detached house, a detached house or a terrace.
