8. Appeals against Commissioner’s orders
Feedback & supportAn appeal under section 52 of the Act against any order made by the Commissioner under section 51 of the Act shall —
(a)
be made in writing addressed to the Minister; and
(b)
specify —
(i)
the appellant’s name and address for service; and
(ii)
the grounds of the appeal.
