38. Consideration of further report

Any further report made under paragraph 19(2) of the Fifth Schedule to the Act shall be considered by the Judge in Chambers upon the application of the liquidator made by summons without notice. The Judge may direct service of the summons upon any other person concerned. (2) The liquidator shall personally or by counsel or solicitor attend when the report is being considered and give the Judge any further information or explanation with reference to the matters stated in the report which the Judge may require.
