43. Information subsequent to statement of affairs

After the statement of affairs of an LLP has been submitted to the liquidator, it shall be the duty of each person who has made or concurred in making it, if and when required, to attend on the liquidator and answer all such questions as may be put to him and give all such further information as may be required of him by the liquidator in relation to the statement of affairs.
