40. Accounting by special manager

Every special manager shall submit an account in the form relating to the account of receipts and payment by a receiver or receiver and manager as may be prescribed by the Minister under the Act, to the liquidator on whose application he was appointed by the Court and when such account is approved by the liquidator, the totals of the receipts and payments shall be added by the liquidator to his accounts.
