Regulation 21
Application for approval to be approved crane contractor
Subregulation 1
A firm or company may apply to the Commissioner for approval to act as an approved crane contractor.
Subregulation 2
An application under paragraph (1) shall be —
(a)
accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Third Schedule and such fee shall not be refundable;
(b)
in such form and manner as the Commissioner may require; and
(c)
accompanied by such particulars, information, statements and documents as the Commissioner may require.
