Regulation 24
Suspension or cancellation of certificate
The Commissioner may suspend or cancel the certificate of approval issued to any approved crane contractor if the Commissioner is satisfied that the approved crane contractor —
(a)
has obtained the certificate of approval under these Regulations by means of fraud, false representation or the concealment of any material fact; or
(b)
is contravening or has contravened any condition subject to which the certificate was issued.
