Regulation 27
Duties of owner of mobile crane and tower crane
It shall be the duty of the owner of any mobile crane or tower crane to ensure that after every installation, repair, alteration and dismantling of a mobile crane or tower crane —
(a)
the crane is tested and certified safe by an authorised examiner for the operations for which it is intended; and
(b)
the crane is not used unless it has been tested and certified in accordance with sub-paragraph (a).
