27. Duties of owner of mobile crane and tower crane
Feedback & supportIt shall be the duty of the owner of any mobile crane or tower crane to ensure that after every installation, repair, alteration and dismantling of a mobile crane or tower crane —
(a)
the crane is tested and certified safe by an authorised examiner for the operations for which it is intended; and
(b)
the crane is not used unless it has been tested and certified in accordance with sub-paragraph (a).
