Regulation 13

Stairs and ladders

It shall be the duty of the responsible person to ensure that stairs or ladders —

(a)

are provided to enable persons to gain access from one level of any scaffold in a workplace to another level; and

(b)

so far as is reasonably practicable, are installed within the scaffold.
