Monitoring of work
Subregulation 1
It shall be the duty of the project manager of a worksite to continually review the progress of all high-risk construction work being carried out in the worksite to ensure that the high-risk construction work is carried out with due regard to the safety, health and welfare of the persons carrying out the high-risk construction work in the worksite.
Subregulation 2
It shall be the duty of the supervisor of any person who carries out any high-risk construction work in a worksite —
to ensure that the measures necessary to ensure the safety and health of the person at work are taken and are in place at all times during the validity period of the permit-to-work; and
to inform the project manager of the worksite upon completion of the high-risk construction work.
