Regulation 24
It shall be the duty of —
(a)
the employer of any person who carries out the work of storing, stacking or placing materials or equipment in a worksite; or
(b)
the principal under whose direction any person carries out the work of storing, stacking or placing materials or equipment in a worksite,to ensure that the material or equipment is not stored, stacked or placed so close to any opening or edge of a floor, scaffold, platform or structure as to endanger persons below the opening or edge.
