Stability of structures
It shall be the duty of the occupier of a worksite to ensure that no wall, chimney or other structure or part of a structure in the worksite shall be left unsecured or unshored in such condition that it may fall, collapse or weaken due to wind pressure, vibration or any work being carried out in the worksite or in the vicinity of the worksite.
