Regulation 31
Cooperation between employers and licensees
Subregulation 1
Every employer and licensee must cooperate to the extent necessary for compliance by all responsible parties with the provisions of these Regulations.
Subregulation 2
Cooperation between the employer and licensee must include, where appropriate, a clear allocation and documentation of the responsibilities of the employer and those of the licensee for protection and safety.
