Regulation 37
Workers’ health surveillance
Subregulation 1
Every employer and licensee must make arrangements for the health surveillance of all occupationally exposed employees and workers.
Subregulation 2
The arrangements mentioned in paragraph (1) must be arrangements that are —
(a)
reasonably necessary and appropriate in the circumstances;
(b)
based on the general principles of occupational health; and
(c)
designed to assess the initial fitness and continuing fitness of these workers for their intended tasks.
