Dose constraints
Subregulation 1
Every licensee must establish relevant dose constraints and ensure that they are used in the optimisation of protection and safety in any radiological procedure in which an individual acts as a caregiver or comforter.
Subregulation 2
Every licensee must ensure that the dose constraints specified or approved by an institutional review board are used in the optimisation of protection and safety for persons subject to exposure as part of biomedical research.
