77C. Validity of earthworks permit

An earthworks permit ceases to be valid when —
(a)
the validity duration for the earthworks permit determined by the airport licensee under by-law 78(2) expires; or
(b)
the earthworks permit is cancelled under by-law 77D,whichever occurs first.
