81. Surrender of permit

Where a permit has been suspended or cancelled, or where a permit has been issued under this Part to a person by virtue of his employment, the holder of the permit shall, and the holder’s employer shall ensure that the holder shall, upon being notified by the airport licensee of the suspension or cancellation of the permit or upon the termination or cessation of his employment, immediately surrender the permit to the airport licensee.
