78. Fees, form, conditions and duration of permits

Every application for the issue or renewal of a permit under this Part shall be accompanied by the appropriate fees specified in the Second Schedule.

All permits issued under this Part shall be in such form, with or without conditions attached and for such duration, as the airport licensee may determine.
