Regulation 77G
Submission of as-built drawings and plans of underground installations
Subregulation 1
Paragraph (2) applies to an earthworks permit holder who carries out any earthworks, or a person who carries out any earthworks mentioned in by-law 77(2), within the airport.
Subregulation 2
The earthworks permit holder or person must, within 3 months after completing the earthworks (or any longer period that the airport licensee may allow in writing), submit the following to the airport licensee in the form and manner specified by the airport licensee:
if the earthworks involve the laying of any new underground installation — the latest as-built drawings containing accurate positional information and details of any underground installation laid;
the latest plans of any existing underground installation affected by the earthworks or any existing underground service diverted to avoid the earthworks (if any), including any underground installation that —
has been discovered when carrying out the earthworks;
relates to an underground service that has been decommissioned; and
has not been removed under by-law 77F.
