Notice to be given to payer where order is registered or cancelled (P. 3, r. 41)
Subregulation 1
After an order is registered under section 6(3), 7(5) or 9(10), the Registrar must send a written notice to the payer under the order —
(a)
stating that the order has been registered; and
(b)
stating the person to or through whom the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 611/2016) require the sums due under the registered order to be paid.
Subregulation 2
Where the registration of an order is cancelled under section 10(1), the Registrar must send a written notice of the cancellation to the payer under the order.
