Report to be forwarded to Family Division (P. 3, r. 56)
Where an appeal is brought to the Family Division against any judgment, order or decision of the Court on an application under section 12, a copy of each of the following documents (if any) must be included as part of the record of proceedings to be sent to the Family Division:
(a)
a written report submitted under section 14(4)(d);
(b)
the part of that report that has been redacted.
