Regulation 55
Subregulation 1
An expedited order made under section 15 must be served on the respondent against whom it is made by delivering a copy to the respondent personally.
Subregulation 2
Where the respondent cannot be found with reasonable diligence, an expedited order made under section 15 may be served on the respondent in accordance with Rule 9(2)(b), (c), (d), (e) or (f).
