Prescribed business required to maintain insurance

A prescribed business for the purpose of section 58A of the Act is —
(a)
a business the primary purpose of which is to carry out any trade, profession or vocation for gain or profit; or
(b)
a business the primary function of which is to provide a service, supply goods or carry on an activity other than —
(i)
for a charitable or philanthropic purpose; or
(ii)
as part of the undertaking of the Government or a public authority constituted under a public Act to discharge a public function.
