For the purposes of the definition of “non-compliant non-motorised wheelchair” in section 2(1) of the Act, a non-motorised wheelchair is a non-compliant non-motorised wheelchair if it does not comply with any of the following requirements that are prescribed for all non-motorised wheelchairs generally:
(a)
the unladen weight of the non-motorised wheelchair does not exceed 150 kilograms;
(b)
the height of the non-motorised wheelchair does not exceed 1,500 millimetres;
(c)
the length of the non-motorised wheelchair does not exceed 1,200 millimetres;
(d)
the width of the non-motorised wheelchair does not exceed 700 millimetres.
