Regulation 7A
No driving or riding mobility vehicle when being towed, etc.

An individual must not drive or ride a mobility vehicle on a public path if the mobility vehicle is —
(a)
towing or drawing, or being towed or drawn by, another vehicle; or
(b)
attached to another vehicle or device that is designed to convey another individual or goods,whether or not another individual is in or on that other vehicle or device.
