Publication of information
Subregulation 1
It is a condition of every class licence that a licensee who provides services to the public must publish information about the services it provides, including details such as, but not limited to, the description of each service available, the charges, quality of service standards, customer support services and other service terms and conditions.
Subregulation 2
The information referred to in paragraph (1) must be published in such manner as the Authority may direct, or in the absence of the Authority’s direction, in the manner that the licensee sees fit.
