No person shall furnish any false, misleading or inaccurate information to the Authority in relation to his registration under regulation 4. (2) Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
Subregulation 1
No person shall furnish any false, misleading or inaccurate information to the Authority in relation to his registration under regulation 4.
Subregulation 2
Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
