Regulation 8

Waiver

The Minister, or the Authority subject to any direction by the Minister, may —

(a)

waive the application of all or any of the provisions of these Regulations or all or any of the conditions of any class licence in respect of any person; and

(b)

waive any fee or part thereof payable under these Regulations.
