Regulation 9

Subject to paragraph (2), it is a condition of every class licence that the licensee must not establish or provide any telecommunication link outside the licensee’s premises, whether by wire, cable, radio, fibre optics or otherwise, for the purpose of connecting its systems to any other telecommunication system or equipment without the prior approval of the Authority.

Paragraph (1) does not apply to any internal telecommunication link within the licensee’s premises.
