Regulation 29

Any person who contravenes regulation 16 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 and, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding $10,000.

Any person who contravenes regulation 5, 7(b) or (c), 8 or 19(2)(a) or fails to comply with a notice under regulation 28 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
