Regulation 30

Compoundable offences

The following offences may be compounded by the Board in accordance with section 27 of the Act:

(a)

any offence under section 6(2), 10(3) or 21(2) of the Act;

(b)

an offence under regulation 29(1) or (2), other than an offence under that regulation for a contravention of regulation 19(2)(a).
