29. Altering licence, permit or certificate
Feedback & supportAny person who —
(a)
without lawful authority alters, forges, mutilates or defaces any licence, permit or certificate granted under this Act or the rules; or
(b)
knowingly makes use of any licence, permit or certificate which has been so altered, forged, mutilated or defaced,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
