44. Recovery of moneys by Council
Feedback & supportIn addition to any other method of recovery and to any other right, remedy or power vested in the Council, any sum of money whatsoever payable under this Act or any rules or by-laws made thereunder may be recoverable by the Council as a debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.[45
