47. Office of Society

The Society shall at all times keep and maintain an office and the address of the office and any change thereof shall be published by the Council in the Gazette.

“Society” means the Singapore Society of Accountants established by section 3.

All writs, plaints, notices, pleadings, orders, summonses, warrants or other written communications required or authorised or ordered to be served on or delivered or sent to the Society or the Council shall be deemed to be duly served, delivered or sent if left at the office of the Society. [48
