Service of notice by post

Section 46
(1)
Any notice required to be served by this Act may be served by post.
(2)
A certificate in writing signed by the Registrar or a member of the Council that the notice was properly addressed and posted and setting out the date of the posting shall be prima facie evidence of service thereof. [47
