17. Amendment of section 49

In the principal Act, in section 49, after subsection (4), insert —“(4A) If the Court considers that the requirement for sworn statements of at least 2 witnesses under subsection (4) is not practical or necessary in the circumstances, the Court may dispense with that requirement or substitute that requirement with any requirement that the Court thinks fit.”.
