32. Amendment of Central Provident Fund Act 1953

In the Central Provident Fund Act 1953, in section 27A, in the definition of “order of court” —

in paragraph (b), delete “or” at the end;

in paragraph (c), insert “or” at the end; and

after paragraph (c), insert —“(d)an order made under section 52A of the Administration of Muslim Law Act 1966, being an order which the Syariah Court could have made under section 52(3)(d), (7) or (9) of that Act;”.
