33. Amendment of Private Education Act 2009

In the Private Education Act 2009, in section 45(1) —

in paragraph (i), delete “and” at the end;

in paragraph (j), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

after paragraph (j), insert —“(k)the Singapore College of Islamic Studies Ltd. providing private education under the name and style “Singapore College of Islamic Studies” (called SCIS) or its managers, and the teachers of the SCIS.”.
