22. Miscellaneous amendments on appointment of persons in proceedings involving child

In the principal Act —

(a)

in the following provisions, replace “custody” with “custody of, care and control of, access to”:Section 43B(1)Section 56B(1)(e); and

(b)

in the following provisions, replace “custody and welfare” with “custody of, care and control of, access to or welfare”:Section 56B(1)(d)Section 145(2)(d).
