An AOC holder must not provide a portable electronic device as part of its in‑flight entertainment or other service on board a large aeroplane except in accordance with an approval from the Director‑General of Civil Aviation.
Regulation 10(3), (5) and (6) applies to the use of any portable electronic device provided in accordance with paragraph (1).
