10. Notification of ceasing operations

If a CGAC holder intends to cease its complex general aviation operations, the CGAC holder must notify the Authority in writing of such intention as soon as reasonably practicable.
A CGAC holder that ceases its complex general aviation operations must return its complex general aviation certificate to the Authority as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 90 days, after the cessation of its complex general aviation operations.
Subregulation 1
If a CGAC holder intends to cease its complex general aviation operations, the CGAC holder must notify the Authority in writing of such intention as soon as reasonably practicable.
Subregulation 2
A CGAC holder that ceases its complex general aviation operations must return its complex general aviation certificate to the Authority as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 90 days, after the cessation of its complex general aviation operations.
