Regulation 10
Notification of ceasing operations
Subregulation 1
If a CGAC holder intends to cease its complex general aviation operations, the CGAC holder must notify the Authority in writing of such intention as soon as reasonably practicable.
Subregulation 2
A CGAC holder must return its complex general aviation certificate to the Authority immediately upon the cessation of its operations.
