Responsibility to ensure compliance with Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018
A CGAC holder must establish and implement systems, policies and procedures to ensure, support and facilitate the compliance, by the pilot‑in‑command of an aircraft operated by the CGAC holder, with every regulation in the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018 that requires the pilot‑in‑command’s compliance.
