9. Variation to existing complex general aviation certificate

A CGAC holder must obtain the approval of the Authority to vary its complex general aviation certificate, including the associated operations specifications.

A CGAC holder must apply to the Authority for the approval required under paragraph (1) at least 30 days before the date of intended implementation of the variation.

An application made under paragraph (2) to the Authority —

must be in the form and manner required by the Authority; and

must provide sufficient detail of the variation sought.
