Regulation 100
Subregulation 1
The operator of a Singapore registered aircraft must ensure that the aircraft is maintained in accordance with the Air Navigation Order and the Singapore Airworthiness Requirements.
Subregulation 2
The operator of a Singapore registered aircraft must appoint a person who is responsible for ensuring that appropriate arrangements (commensurate with the number, type and complexity of the aircraft and the type of operations) are in place for continuing airworthiness management.
Subregulation 3
The person appointed under paragraph (2) must be accepted by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation.
