Regulation 86
Survival equipment
An operator of a Singapore registered aircraft must ensure that —
(a)
the aircraft carries survival equipment and signalling devices appropriate to the areas to be overflown; and
(b)
the decision on the equipment to be carried must be made with regard to the circumstances of the flight.
