Regulation 9
Consequences of non-compliance
The Director‑General of Civil Aviation may vary, suspend or revoke a special operations approval if the Director‑General of Civil Aviation is satisfied that the Singapore operator granted that special operations approval has failed to comply with —
(a)
a condition, restriction or limitation of the special operations approval; or
(b)
a provision of these Regulations.
