Regulation 17
Fees
Subregulation 1
The fees specified in the Third Schedule are payable in respect of the matters specified in that Schedule.
Subregulation 2
The Council may waive, remit or refund, in whole or in part, any fee payable under these Regulations in any particular case or class of cases.
