Prescribed date for saving and transitional provisions
For the purposes of section 76(1) of the Act, the prescribed date until which any person who, immediately before 15 April 2013, was practising any prescribed allied health profession is deemed to be a duly qualified allied health professional in that profession (unless he or she becomes registered under section 16, 17, 18 or 19 of the Act in respect of that profession or his or her application for registration is refused or withdrawn) is 14 April 2014.
